1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services
Sparkwood Daly City Tree Service provides tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of safety and feasibility.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide estimates for our services based on the information you provide and our assessment of the work required. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was described or assessed. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove or protect any items that could be damaged during service. You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features on your property. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed features.
6. Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities for tree work on your property. We can provide guidance on local regulations, but final responsibility for compliance rests with the property owner. Work will not proceed if required permits have not been obtained.
7. Liability and Insurance
We maintain liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for our employees. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence in performing the agreed-upon services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for damage to property features that were not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health or growth, as these depend on many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, disease, and pests. Any warranties on our work are limited to correcting defects in our workmanship and do not cover natural events or conditions.
9. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24 hours a day for urgent situations such as fallen trees or hazardous conditions. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the immediate response required. We will provide pricing information before beginning emergency work whenever possible.
10. Debris and Wood Removal
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard service includes removal of all tree debris and wood resulting from our work. If you wish to keep wood for firewood or other purposes, please inform us before work begins. Additional fees may apply for special handling or disposal requirements.
11. Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the site. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, California.
